Customer service goes a long way and that would be my only negative comment. Was shouted at from the other side of the room what I was there for as soon as I walked in by a girl who throughout my time there seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else than there. It was my first time getting extensions & from her attitude when buffing and glueing on the tips I regretted going. I don't mind not having conversation but she could have at least said hello and asked how I was just to be polite. However this soon changed when I sat down with the lovely girl who did my nails, she was lovely and very careful with what she did & for that I would return! She had to start someone else's nails at the end so she asked the attitude girl to put cuticle oil on...at which point she leaned over from where she was sat and dragged it along my fingers in about 1 second completely missing my cuticles.
Definitely great value for money though and I'll 100% return :)

The lady who seemed to be in charge was lovely. However other members of staff weren't particularly polite. Very little attention was paid, my nails didn't seen salon finished

Really please with my file and polish pedicure. Great service and very happy with the result. So many colours to choose from and my feet look fantastic. Will definitely go back again.
