It was only a removal but they were half an hour late to see me and it was a 5 minute job. Strange customer service but the removal was ok

I get my BIAB gel extension's done here all the time and they never miss. The whole experience is always so good. The stylists are super lovely and the owner is really kind too.

My appointment was cancelled, I didn't find out until I arrived. The lady who does lashes is on maternity leave. Soho Nails said I would receive a refund in full. She also said she would make Treatwell aware.
