Felt very rushed even though I was the only person in the salon. They didn’t trim my eyebrows only waxed. One eyebrow is much shorter than the other. They didn’t show me the results to make sure I was happy. When I got home I found patches of unwaxed hair which I then had to remove myself. Not very happy

I’ve tried a couple salons in Leeds and this one is by far my best experience. I’ll be going to them now for pedicures. Therapist was so sweet too

There are places nearby that offer a better and longer lasting service. I went here for BIAB and gel colour, when I arrived I was not made to feel welcome. The nail technician was quite rude and cold, throwing the swatches down on the table. Generally, the working area, tools and files were dirty, being coated in nail dust from previous clients. Unsurprisingly, the nails have lasted around 2 days before peeling off..
