Been here 2x for eyebrow waxing previously. Went again for a 3rd time today and had a different person. Less than happy. Was not offered to look at / check them before I left. One eyebrow longer than the other, different shapes and has missed removing hairs from under and over the brow on one side that should have been plucked out. Felt rushed and a lack of care. sorry won’t come back now for eyebrows

There was very little communication with the lady that did my nails as there was a language barrier.
1 of the nails chipped within hours of having them done 2 of the nails came off after 6 days the nails were left very sharp on the edges.

I booked and paid for an appointment at 5:30 but an hour later I was still no where near being seen. I had to ask for a refund as I was going to miss my train home. I’ve had a couple of good experiences here but sadly not this time.
