The atra was a bit unclean of hair and around the seat and seating area when I arrived at 9.20am.
My stylist wasn't there when I arrived, she arrived 2 mins before my appointment. She asked what I wanted, washed my hair.
I asked for a trim and to tidy outgrown layers and thin my hair out a bit.
What I got was an uneven chop to my hair with one layer across the back of my head and a long drop down to the end of underneath hair. The front wasn't even touched. I've had to pay to get it fixed.

Very happy with cut and colour but salon was freezing. Owner needs to look at this issue.

U can approach liegh with whatever ideas u have for u hair an shes completely honest with u if it would suit u or not an thats what I love about this lovely lady
