I was ignored when I asked Mel how she was at first meet. She didn't engage in any sort of conversation throughout the treatment, literally just asked what I wanted. There was a terrible atmosphere in the salon, all stylists seemed like they didn't want to be there. As my appointment was near closing time, and being the only customer in, stylists were all standing about in their jackets and on their phones, I felt very uncomfortable, hair wasn't styled to my liking. I couldn't wait to leave.

Danielle is a hair goddess, my hair feels and looks so healthy again and the colour turned out amazing. Salon was a great atmosphere with friendly staff, will definitely be booking back in again.
