The experience was terrible. Despite booking a week in advance, I arrived at the location only to find it closed or non-existent. It was a scorching hot summer Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival, there was no indication of the beauty salon's presence; no sign or any visible indication. Despite numerous attempts to reach them by phone, using the booking number, they never answered or returned my calls, the are scams!!!
