Wash & blow dry - wasn’t really consulted on what I wanted. There were a few suggested ideas, but had to explain why these wouldn’t work for my hair. The style looked ok in the end, but the lack of heat protection and product meant my hair was tugged and fried and went flat/ frizzy after an hour

I was nervous about cutting my hair for the first time in London but Carla was great! She made sure to understand the style I wanted and how it would best look on me before cutting. She also would make sure I was happy at a safe length and cut shorter if I wanted. Great service and beautiful neighbourhood salon.

The seemed confused by my booking from the very start, kept thinking it was just a wash and blow dry but I booked a haircut. No consultation on the haircut. My hair was blow dried with no heat protectant. The seat was covered in someone else’s hair. Just felt like they didn’t want to be there. Would not recommend and will not be returning, avoid this place.
