Appointment started 20 minutes late with no apology. Staff were very nice but I didn’t realise how round and short she was making my nails until it was too late. They’re red round the edges from how short they are. I said I liked them short, but not to this extent as it just looks really inelegant.Nothing I can do about it now but wouldn’t go back.

Always a great experience here! I get my fringe trimmed here regularly and have seen each technician.
Also, I've gotten a fabulous cut and colour by Carla, who is just a lovely and amazing presence.
