I thought that I was happy with my haircut but I ended up leaving the salon with lopsided hair and massive chunks missing from the back after asking for a trim and subtle, long layers. I have had to spend £140 getting it fixed today and have had to have an extra inch and a half cut off to blend it out. While the stylist was lovely, the haircut lasted 20 minutes and my hair was hacked at.

I did not get highlights but a tone instead. I must admit Carla gives such a great wash massage I fell asleep!

A very lovely salon tucked away minutes from Paddington station. Wonderful head massage during the hair wash. A quick cut and swingy blow dry.
