Lovely salon, greeted warmly! I was happy with the updo although I would have preferred it to feel more secure as I did have to put more clips in. Overall a really enjoyable experience

Haircut was terrible. The person cutting my hair had no clue how to cut men’s hair and hair is now uneven everywhere. Not coming back here again.

The blow dry was with a junior stylist who didn’t really know how to wash my hair or untangle it. The ensuing blow dry wasn’t great and bits of my hair were still wet when he told me we were done. The lady who took my payment suggested I come back the following day so they fix it. I went home and washed it! Everyone was very nice but the blow dry was a disaster. I had had one with the senior stylist before and it was great, which is why I came back.

Absolute disaster. The colour was not at all what I asked for (copper vs. purple…). Had to go to another hair dresser to fix it. Also realised afterwards that the cut was very messy and uneven - I will also need to fix it with another hairdresser. No gesture on the price whatsoever. Never had any issue at Soko in 3 years, but this was such a disaster that unfortunately I will never go again.
