Okay experience I had a simple cut and blow but they asked me how much I’d like cut after they’d cut it?! They should have asked me before they cut not after it.

Good for maintenance only. The gloss was colourles, unsure if they have pigmented one, which I would have preferred to help with my red hair shadows. Stella was nice though. However, my wash was a bit rough, it felt like someone was scratching my head instead and there was no conditioner after the procedure or any kind of oil spray. The hair cut was ok, Stella followed my instructions but did not see any kind of special technique applied. I think the price is too high for the service provided
