Therapist was great. She did a good job and was very professional. Salon is a little tired in places and would benefit from an upgrade.

The results of the wax was good and she did a good job, however a bit slap dash and kept getting strings of wax all over me. The lady who did the wax hardly said a word start to finish and it was really awkward the whole time. Also when I arrived there was noone at the front desk so I waited a couple of minutes then I just heard someone call me down stairs.. I thought that was quite unprofessional. Overall wax was good but atmosphere and experience need improvement.

Having read such great reviews beforehand, I had high expectations and the girls at Sole Beauty most definitely met them! All staff were lovely and Monica did a very good job! Will definitely be returning! They’ve also got great January deals on currently!
