Lovely venue, good at what they do. Sometimes staff could listen a bit more, to an individual's needs. Can sometimes not be very friendly when you walk in. Which is a shame because they're lovely!
The beautician was very gentle and nice, except she did a Hollywood instead of the Brazilian I booked for 😅 that's ok though I don't mind she was lovely
When I arrived the salon receptionist was 15 minutes late as she forgot her keys to open the salon. When I arrived I had a nice nail technician who showed me some lovely colours. She gave my nails a file and paint but no soak. I felt the whole process was a little rushed. Lovely colour though.
