I have come to this venue for almost two years now, and the staff is always professional and efficient. Never disappoints me.
The waxer was lovely, but left loads of hairs on the leg and hollywood, it was very haphazard, sometimes doing bits of the legs, sometimes doing bits of the hollywood. Which is why I think there was so much missed. I was absolutely covered in wax when I left - and all the tissue kept sticking to me. The waxer also dropped wax on the floor.
