Great service, friendly and knowledgeable therapist who was able to advise on various wax options and recommended length of time between wax based on my hair growth
I was the last appointment of the day but Ripal made me feel like the first! She was polite, friendly and well mannered. She chatted all the way through our wax, which I appreciate as I need the distraction. Ripal was thorough and attentive. I hope to have her again and would recommend her to new and returning customers. I hadn’t visited since last summer, so was apprehensive but she made me feel welcome and this relaxed me.
