Therapist is very kind but after my Hollywood waxing ( should have been biquíni)and under arm treatment not even some aloe Vera or anything was applied. She was alone and for sure busy but I have scheduled 2 treatments from 1100 and paid £51 for very poor service. The place needs more cleaning, painting. Looks old and dirty. Not the therapist fault but owner must be able to do better for the prices they are offering. I have been a client for the past 5 years and no recognition at all.

I needed to re schedule my appointment during my working day. At the end I didn’t make it as I had the only day off for my waxing.
