The receptionist was quite rude but treatment was good and the therapist as well
the venue is really dirty and the therapists change all the time
the staff if nice though.
I wouldn’t really go bk here which is a shame it’s so close to me. I was sat waiting while no one was in the shop floor the when therapist came up they was arguing then saw me after and told me wait n they went black down to argue. Not professional at all no use of ppe
I had a men’s chest and stomach waxing by Lena. The waxing was all a bit rushed and there wasn’t much communication.
