My therapist was on a zoom call with a large audience throughout my treatment. She was answering questions in an interactive workshop/class whilst doing my wax. My privacy was totally violated when she even turned on her camera! Most unprofessional experience to date.

I arrived on time for my appointment but the door was locked. I tried to knock and no one answered, I called & emailed to say I was here but no answer. finally let in 30 minutes later by a women who was waiting outside with me (her first day, didn’t have a key) shes good at what she does but made me feel stressed & rushed. The solan set her up for failure. Also turns out, there was someone inside the whole time. If I didn’t pay in advance I would have just left. Definitely will not be back
