I came for an eyebrow threading appointment. It became evident that the threader wasn't going to be wearing a mask, she did not display an exemption badge nor lanyard. I asked her if she could put one on and she said she was exempt but eventually put a face shield on. None of the other beauticians in the salon were wearing face coverings either. I was however, pleased with the end result of my eyebrow threading. Although I will not be returning here

Very happy with my lash tint. Friendly and relaxing treatment. Downstairs rooms are a bit airless.
I called in advance to find out if they cleanse the beard as well as the face during the male facial and I was reassured that they do. My partner reported that they didn’t touch his beard at all. That’s half of his face that was just ignored. I also had to tell the receptionist what treatment I booked as somehow it was not on the system. My booking was originally meant to be an hour and when I arrived I was told it’s a 30 minute treatment, I had to use my email to prove I booked an hour.
