I did not have my usual lady, there was a temporary woman from the Streatham branch and she was not good at all. Terrible experience. I had to tell her what to do.

I would not recommend going here for a waxing treatment. I have been having Brazilian waxes for the best part of 17 years and this was by far the worst treatment I have ever had done. I generally go for a hot wax treatment and booked for this through treatwell but was advised by the beautician that I should just do the strip wax because I don’t have a large amount of hair and it’s not overly coarse. Strip wax treatments are around £5 cheaper so I said ok well that’s good if you recommend and it will be cheaper. When it came to paying they said I still had to pay the hot wax price cos I booked in for that and they get charged a commission from treatwell on the treatment which I booked. Had I have known this I would have stuck with hot wax.
In terms of the treatment itself she repeatedly went over and over the same area which left me quite sore down there. I’m not generally sensitive to waxes there but this took a few days to recover from. I am also left with many unwanted hairs - I would’ve done a better job myself. Very disappointed and would advise anyone considering to go here for waxing to avoid it. I’m not generally one to write reviews but I feel I owe it to other women to share my awful experience.
