So I arrived on time and the receptionist wasn’t that welcoming. I heard her Say to my therapist, after waiting for 10 minutes “don’t worry take your time, don’t stress”. I then got collected for my treatment 13 minutes late, no apologies. The lady who treated me was very lovely and made me feel really welcome. However, the treatment wasn’t great. I still had lots of blackheads when I went home. On the way out, the receptionist seemed to not care, her customer service skills were really lacking. Again, I can’t fault the personal manner of the lady giving me my treatment. She was absolutely lovely, just the receptionist and treatment itself was disappointing.

The waxing was great and the express manicure too! They gave me a nice voucher for a discount next time so I'll definitely be back!
The treatment was good value for money and very quick, but my waxer seemed like she was in a hurry and left lots of stray hairs (didn't ask me to check before she finished). Usually I really rate sole for treatments but this time I was definitely disappointed.
