Atmosphere is a bit cold, could do with some ambience (music/decor). No air flow in the treatment rooms so staff get hot while they work but the room is not warm. Hygiene is top notch but probably wouldn't return.

It was a pleasant experience, although time keeping was not great. Waxing was my first appointment in the Sole Beauty and it was delayed by 10 minutes. Normally this would not be an issue but I had limited time due to taking a flight later on the day.
Pedicure was very efficinet and well done ! thank you
Brilliant job by Magda. She was very attentive and friendly - I will be going back!
I asked for a Brazilian and she agreed and then gave me a Hollywood. There were also a lot of little hairs remaining that I had to tweeze myself once home.
