Just opened but a nice store, very clean. Staff were lovely but my appointment was a little late. I just got a polish and it has stayed on for over a week, so I am pleased. I just wish the gels were a little cheaper.

Having recently moved to London I've been in search of a great salon but most importantly an excellent therapist I can trust and use frequently. My therapist was very friendly but professional and I felt very comfortable with her.
I'll definitely be visiting again.
The lady at the counter thought it was my first visit and hadn't checked my notes and then made a big deal about me being quoted the wrong prices. I was also meant to have been booked with the waxing lady I'd had previously but they didn't do that either. The staff vibe stank of disappointment and the salon itself lacks soul in its decor. The upstairs is OK but the rooms downstairs are stark, white and not enticing at all! I won't be going back here.
