this is the second time that i have booked andstill to get a massage the first time the massage was canceled and this time after waiting 25 mins was told the massuse did not massage men i would not recomend this new shop
Not a great experience. Manicure itself was alright but service was not good. My appointment was delayed by 45 minutes (originally booked for 11am, initially postponed to 11:30 and then again to 11:45 on the morning of). Nail technician only did a file and polish even though I had booked an express manicure and then they tried to charge me for the more expensive treatment. Very limited selection of nail polish colours.

Twice my treatment was cancelled on the morning because of an ill member of staff They did however offer me a free 30 minute treatment and promised to refund the voucher.
Treatment by Waxing-Specialist
Fantastic experience, without a doubt my best wax in London so far. Therapist was super professional and made me feel comfortable, wax was (virtually) painless and she did a very thorough job. Will definitely be returning!
