Lovely staff. However, as the place has just opened up and private treatment rooms were still being renovated and everything seemed a bit a like a construction site. Looking forward to seeing it once ready!

There was a mix up with Treatwell and I booked my appointment one day before the opening, so they called me and tried to reschedule but once they heard I would travel the next day, they went above and beyond to accommodate me despite it all - AMAZING customer service. The wax was great as well, very detailed and quite painless! I would definitely come back.
