Great service, lady always gets the shape of the nail right and it's just how I want. Not a massive selection of nail colours but I always stick to the same few shades anyway!

Had a good mani/pedi here however not a lot of choice with the colors of the nail polish. Would have been nicer to have the proper set up ie massage chair and proper foot bath, as you were sitting in a hairdresser/sink chair and the footbath was one of those ones you could buy and have at home. However Kala was lovely and we had a good chat.

Kala is nice and she was professional. The experience was fine overall. The issue I have is that my gel nail polish began chipping and peeling in less than a week. I realise now that Kala applied the polish right up to and over the cuticles. This has created a lip at the base of the polish. It has also resulted in many hangnails. I enjoyed the experience of having my nails done by Kala, but am disappointed by the results.
