PLEASE DON'T GO, I ALMOST WENT OUT OF THE PLACE BEFORE THE END OF THE TREATMENT..
I went to that place, and I couldn't believe what I had to live: first, the practician sends you a text message saying that "the card reader is out of service" so you have to pay by cash.. When I arrived, it was no card reader anyway... Then you get ready for the hollywood wax: Kala arrives, she washes (way too) quickly her hands and, without any cotton or gloves, puts you oil on the bikini line. The hot wax she uses is BAD quality: effectively, the wax isn't thick enough so it breaks all the time making this waxing REALLY painful. Then she starts with the wax with stripes, here again, BAD quality: indeed, the wax doesn't dry like normally. At the end of the treatment, she puts you again this oil, without cotton and it's finished!
Moreover, even if the place is quite clean, she NEVER changes the stick she applies the wax with, putting it in and out of the wax without changing it...
OVERALL OF THAT BAD EXPERIENCE, it was written that I need to pay 28£ on the website but the practician charges me more because "it was after 5".
I'LL NEVER COME BACK!!
