This was my third time here and after initially having very positive experiences with eye brow tinting and bikini waxing, I've never seen the same beautician twice. This last trip was very disappointing. My eyebrow dye was barely left on for any time and the results were patchy. The beautician explained that this was due to the thickness of my eyebrows but I have never had that before. She fixed it but the colour was still weak. I don't expect to come out of a salon and have to pencil in the rest of my brows. Still, at £13 it wasn't an expensive disappointment. However, if you can't see the same good beauticians consistently, I'm not sure if I would gamble again.

The experience was ok but I didn’t feel all that comfortable with the beautician.
