Nobody is there to welcome you. The website sounds more promising than the reality. The treatment room was dirty and the whole waiting area as well. The therapist was friendly. I would not return. No value for money at all.

My visit couldn't have been better, I went in to have a Hollywood wax for the first time and saw Mimi, she was amazing! She made me feel really relaxed and was conscious of it being my first wax, she was quick and it was virtually painless, definitely going back to see her!

The girl was really nice but beyond my hair she also took off my skin! I am in a terrible pain!!!!! Also the place couls be cleaner - i cleaned my hands from extra oil in the towel she coverd my torso with and after she folded it and put it back on the bed ready for next client 😱
