Would definitely recommend Sole Beauty for a Hollywood wax. I was travelling had a wax in Greece and it was horrible so was a bit nervous to get another overseas however Sole Beauty did a lovely job. Painless and good technique with the hot wax.

I have gone to a few Treatwell salons - i do love this one particularly! The girls are always lovely and professional however, the inconsistency of staff is quite frustrating. Twice my appt has been cancelled due to ‘sickness’. On a brighter note - the woman who waxed me on monday was SO wonderful and very attentive to my pain threshold! (or lack of). She respected the time frame we had and was very lovely.

My appointment time was moved, fine. Then your staff was late apparently by 10min, and the appointment was pushed back by 15mins - shit happens, okay. Then your staff turns up not at 10min but 20min late, and my wax appointment then couldn't start for at least another 10-15min or so as she had to warm the wax. By the time she could actually do the treatment, I only had 15-20min as I needed to leave for the airport. Sweet girl but damn, for a first experience with your service - horrific. Your call centre number was also constantly busy so I couldn't get on to your service to ask what was going on. The third party (salon you use) was also very sympathetic to me and thought the situation was pretty laughable!!! Sorry but I will not be back.
