Beautycian was rough and didn't really used the technique properly. I do wax regularly, but this last one was the most painful one (no holding/stretching skin when removing the wax!)

Great visit- however Treatwell could have been more helpful by notifying the salon of my appointment. It was not added to their diary which caused a scene and embarrassment in the salon on my part.
