Great price, friendly staff, great location of venue but lacking basic clenliness, e.g marks on walls which are near your head. Otherwise can't fault it.

I was really disappointed by the work done with my nails. Pedicure was okay, however she did not give me slippers to move to manicure table, and only after i asled for them she brought. Then doung the manicure she did not ask what shape i want and now i have different shape from what i always had and i am really diaplointed by this. Moreover nail polish was all over my finger and she did not even clean it. Overall I was really really upset and disappointed and I will never come back.

Good, clean service. I had eyebrow threading and waxing, and their professional was great. The salon is also really conveniently located in Marylebone.
