She has the ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease. She works quickly and professionally. The finish is always smooth and immaculate, plus I don't feel any pain or discomfort. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking to have a Hollywood wax to visit her. Regular customers are rewarded with discounts if the appointment is booked in advance which is another reason to go.
Was informed in the morning the therapist was not in the day of booking - instead of cancelling my appointment, they re-schedule the appointment for later on in the afternoon with another therapist. The waxing was painless and very good. Will definitely go back again.

It was amazing. I loved it. Although my nails looked a mess the woman there managed to fix them and they looked perfect. I done it for my birthday and I couldnt have done it better myself. There is not too many colours to choose from but they were all lovely colours and i found it hard to pick one.
