Small treatment room with low ceiling but good location and lovely staff. Good for last minute appointments and if you're in Central London.

If you are looking for a relaxing massage THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO BE. Firstly I was running late as I finished work and ran to this salon so I called up and informed them, the owner said it was fine and not to worry. As I got to the salon I was directed downstairs to the beauty room which is nothing less than a cave. If you are 5'7" tall or higher this definitely is not the place for you. Secondly the therapist says to me as I am 7 minutes late she will cut my treatment time down, I did tell her I called to say I was running late and the man on the phone said its ok but she was trying to convince me that the salon closes at 6pm sharp and the lights and everything will be switched off and door closed at 6pm. As a therapist myself I know for a fact this never happens. When it came to the treatment I told her exactly were I have pain and what area I want her to concentrate on but during the treatment she hardly focused on it at all, there was absolutely no music or candles or anything, it wasn't relaxing at all but instead she was advising me not to come there ever again for a massage, I think I will take her advice and never go there again in my life. During the whole treatment she was talking to me which wasn't relaxing at all and after the treatment she carried on talking to me trying to convince me to move to hong kong. By the time she finished advising me on unnecessary things it was 6:15! She wanted to cut my treatment time down so she could finish at 6pm on the dot but after the treatment she was talking to me for 15 minutes and I didn't leave till 6:15 and when I went upstairs to leave I saw that the salon was still open as I thought it would be finishing the last few clients they had left. Having a lot of massages myself and being a beauty therapist myself I thought this was the worst treatment and customer service I have ever received.
