Spa at a salon, quite separate but you can still hear people talking etc. wouldn't recommend for massage/relaxation. Room itself nice and clean, like a vault, quite original!
The wax was very hot at times, which I mentioned but it kept on happening. I was told that it's just my skin being more sensitive but I'm sure reducing the temperature of the heater could help! She also went over the area 4 times which I was always told by beauticians shouldn't be done.
Overall ok experience but would not repeat.

The waxing (half leg, underarm and bikini line) was good, although she took a lot more off the bikini line than I would have liked (awkward!). The room was strange - it felt like an underground bunker crossed with a brothel, but that said it was in central London and very reasonably priced so I guess you can't complain. I got thoroughly confused when she tried to book me a repeat appointment though as she kept saying she would book me in for a Brazilian, even though I kept saying I want half leg, underarm and bikini line again.
