When I arrived the staff were very friendly and I was attended to very quickly. However the gel removal was done in a tiny hallway where they have put a chair and stool. It was very cramped and although the nail technician apologised you could see she was struggling to do the work. The actual treatment was bad. Although the colour came off, there was still some residue left on my nail and I hadn't noticed until I had got home. Very disappointed

Very quick and effective. LOvation is great (bottom end of Marylebone High Street) and the treatment room and beautician were fine.
