The room is stuck right out of the way in a corner and I had my nails done in a small corridor. The woman was friendly but lacked professionalism. I had booked a manicure and assumed this involved more than a file and polish (which I would have paid less for...) yet only received a file and polish. There was also some confusion over the manicure being french or not. As none of the manicures specified I assumed I could at least pay more, all in all I ended up with a very natural colour and a file. I felt mislead and annoyed... although that said what was done was done well.

Didn't like the manicure that much - It doesn't look that great unfortunately (there's some cuticles and spaces without nail polish). Also, they don't have nail polish dryer (the machine), which was a bit frustrating.. The staff is very friendly though and location is good.
