I usually go to the Victoria branch but due to refurbishment I was told to go to Pimlico. I never had a bad experience in Victoria. However my experience in Pimlico was pretty stressful as i asked made a request regarding my bikini wax only to be told no! That I was slightly late and all the lady would do was what was on the computer. Therefore I was made to feel under valued as a customer and the staff member made me very uncomfortable whilst she was waxing me! If I was not going on holiday I would have walked out! She did not give a thought about what I wanted and to be honest was not friendly at all.

A great experience from the warm welcome to making me feel comfortable through the treatment which ended up being the least painful wax I’ve ever done...definitely returning!
