Overall, my experience at Sole Beauty was a good one. All of the staff is very courteous and professional, and the communication leading up to the appointment was quite helpful. My technician was thorough and paid great attention to detail throughout my experience, which I really appreciated. She really took her time to provide a quality service.The color selection is a bit limited on their polish, but works great if you're not looking for anything too too fancy for your mani/pedi. The only thing that needs improving is the pedicure experience. I had luckily read about this from another reviewer before going, but would have been disappointed if I hadn't to find that pedicures take place right in the front lobby with just a little foot bucket for soaking. The salon has such a nice, calming ambience about it they could definitely make this part of the guest experience a bit nicer.

The place was very clean, the beautician was very pleasant and tidy. I was really pleased with the quality of my manicure and will certainly book again!

One of the best manicures I have had in London. The nail technician was really nice, and did a very professional work. Gonna come back to see her again definitely!
