Really nice experience overall - timely, good shape to the eyebrows, friendly staff. It was an eyebrow wax because threading was not available, but they called me in advance to check if that was ok.

Lady was lovely. Everything was very professional and painless. Only problem was I was left with a irritated red mark after my eyebrow wax which turned into a scab. Don't know how this happened maybe the lady went twice over the same place.
