I had a great experience at Znips. My old shellac was removed correctly with cotton soaked and my finger tips wrapped up. The lady had a great knowledge of nail gels and explained to me that not all gel's are shellac and how some brands may last longer than others. She did a great job of cleaning up my nails and the paint was perfect!
