Totally disappointment in the treatment I have received. After booking I was contacted shortly after to say that I could not get the treatment at this price as I wasn't a first time customer. Which apparently is in the terms and conditions. it is not clearly stated!
They advised me that I would be refunded. Three days later and I haven't been refunded. I have had to chase treat well and the salon in regards to this. Probably won't come here again which is ashame as Livia the technician is lovely.
I've been coming here for a few months and now wouldn't go anywhere else! Livia is a brilliant nail technician! I've had both manicure and pedicure and can't fault either. She's friendly and professional and my nails have stayed nice for 3 weeks, even though it's a 2 week manicure. Would totally recommend
Very good experience overall - my feet were taken extremely good care of, I highly recommend this place!
Perfect nails, perfect shape, and very happy with the color Livia had to pick for me because i could not make a decision!
