Poor experience all round, other than the fact that Riqal was very nice. The nail polish is clearly out of date and was full of huge lumps and pieces of fluff. The poor nail technician kept apologising and there was nothing she could do about it, but really it was a shocking manicure. The polish has completely chipped off after only a few days. I have written to request a refund and have not heard anything back and sadly will never go back. All polish is out of date and there are no choices.
