Previously I had had Joanna who is excellent. I went into the salon and requested an appointment pecifically with Joanna the appointment was made . However when I got the reminder it said Anna was doing my nails. When I rang they said Joanna was not working in Victoria on that day so do not know why they made the appointment. Disappointed.

Very disappointingly, I received a text at 8:36 that morning cancelling my 10:00 a.m. appt. due to an "unforeseen staff emergency". I was offered an appt. that day in your Pimlico salon between 3:00-5:00 and then again for another day, but my week was too busy.
I've been to your salons (both Pimlico & Victoria) for various treatments & try to support your relatively new salon in Victoria, but I've had appts. moved around before & think you should be more careful with your client's time.
