Overall, my partner and I received very good messages from Magda and her colleague.
The reception/front of house staff could have been more welcoming on our arrival e.g. smiles, better body language and a warmer tone.
The cleanliness was okay but could do with a touch up and wipe down here and there.
In all, the full body massages were thorough and Magda was both polite and helpful.

Great and quick wax. It was very covid safe and the beautician was really good at waxing as was not painful at all.

Turned up to the venue and they said they were accidentally available on treatwell and they were fully booked so couldn't do my service. Very rude and wasted my time getting there and back.
