I had a Hollywood wax. The therapist is so lovely, down to earth and professional. A great place all round.

As others have mentioned the salon is basic but if you're not looking for anything too glam it's perfectly fine. My beautician was very friendly and professional. The wax itself was one of the least painful I've had. A few hairs were missed but this was as much my fault as hers, as I was given the opportunity to check it over and let her know if anything else needed to be done. I'd go back again for the same or similar treatment.

As it was my first wax, I was apprehensive but my beauty therapist was reassuring and friendly throughout! She was clearly professional and did her best to minimise my pain and discomfort (not an easy feat I bet). Though the salon front wasn't particularly clean or high-spec, the treatment room was hygienic and atmospheric with calming music and I had a relatively pleasant experience. I have already recommended to friends and colleagues as I think it is especially good value with the discount.

Overall I really like my manicure. It was done quickly (which was a must as I was on my lunch break) and the therapist was skilled, friendly and polite. The setup is a tad crampt but nothing major, and the ambience which was peaceful was lovely as a lunch time treat. I would reccommend and go back.

Great staff and very thorough and careful. Perfectly on time too so no complaints. Ambience is a bit weird because its in the basement of a hair salon so theres not much space but everything else was great.
