I had the Hollywood hot wax. To get to the waxing parlour you go through the very stylish first floor down to the more basic basement but everything looked clean albeit a little shabby. Staff were lovely, it was my first wax 'down there' so I found it very painful but the lady doing the treatment was very reassuring and let me pause before continuing.
The wax was very thorough, some very short hairs were not caught by the wax but this was to be expected and I was told that it would be the case. The lady made sure I was happy before leaving. Overall I'm really pleased and would definitely go back again!

The beauty therapist was excellent , very fast and minimal pain during the waxing treatment. The room is very small and fairly cramped which is why I thought the ambience could have been better, so there's not much room for the therapist to stand or for client to get changed, but once you are on the bed it's fine. Furthermore the beauty salon is down quite a small and steep staircase, I actually had my one year old son with me but the man at reception was very kind and helped me carry the pushcahair down and up again.
Overall it was a great experience and my waxing results couldn't be better. Would reccommend 100%
