Booked for eyebrow threading, but once at the venue, the beautician informed me that she doesn't do threading?.. However I was happy with results with the wax... Def going back again!

I had booked for threading, as I much prefer this for my eyebrows to wax. When I arrived, I was told rather abruptly that this was not available and that waxing was the only option. The therapist told me that it was a mistake in the system â no it wasnât⦠I had booked threading!! As I was travelling over the next few days, I was not in a position to reschedule, so I accepted waxing. If threading is not available, why offer it on Wahanda?! Why not call me in advance to let me know? The place was clean enough and the end results were tidy enough, but the overall experience was pretty unimpressive. I wonât be going back.
