I had a nice welcome when I arrived and the first impression was good. After filling in a form, I was taken to a very small room and told to get ready. There were no coat hooks in the room so I had to put my coat and bag on the floor - which wasn’t very clean. I could see the space was used for a range of treatments. I didn’t have any clear instructions on which items of clothing to leave on or which position I should initially lie in before starting. When the girl came back, I mentioned that I was visiting because of some neck and shoulder pain due to stress , which was met with “you’ve booked a full body massage”. The ambience was set with some music but unfortunately I could hear everything outside of the room at reception - calls, people walking, doors shutting. The table I was lying on was wonky and moved a lot during the massage. I thought the girl would address it as it was pretty obvious but nothing was said. The massage itself was good and there was sufficient focus on my neck, however the girl had long/fake nails which meant that occasionally I felt a scratching sensation which isn’t what I wanted from my massage. Overall, it was a good massage but the place could use a bit of TLC.
