I booked a pedicure and because the time was double booked my booking was automatically changed to a time slot I couldn't do. I had to email and email and phone to cancel the booking. I am still not sure if i have been charged and I used a discount code to book it so now I have lost that. Having said that I have had the pedicure here before and it was v good.
It would be good if the company had a tel no to call re bookings at short notice.

The service offered by Zefney was very good and she was accommodating, as I asked for an additional service although I hadn't booked in advance. Definitely recommend. The place could do with updating but it is ok.

really nice place, friendly staff, great service, good selection of colours for nails, I would defiantly like to try some on there other services.

I am basing my review on my previous treatment as I am yet to have the one I booked. I keep getting rescheduled as the beautician is never available on the days I book. I will give it one more go but the booking management seriously needs to be changed.

I had a brazilian waxing done and it was amazing. The only thing I think needs improvement is the cleanliness of the place (it was decent, but could be improved)
