I arrived late after being stuck on a bus. The therapist was good, very chatty. The room was tiny. She said she would take 15 minutes off my time due to me being late but still charged me the full price. She was good but I won't be going back. If she had charged me for the shorter time then I probably would go back.

The venue was clean and the beautician was really good. Aside from doing a great job of the waxing, she was talkative without being overbearing. Very good value for money in a central location.

Everything went well: conveniently located near Victoria Station, the lady was very nice and quick and she made me feel very confortable and the place was very clean too. I definetly recommend this place!
