This is the worst manicure I have ever received - and i've gotten my nails done every two weeks for years. First off the manicure took place on a massage table - not even a proper manicure table. Second, the polish was streaking and the manicurist was sloppy with putting the polish on. I asked why it was streaking and she said more coats just needed to be added. After 2 coats it was apparent that the polish she was using was defective. I then asked to get a new color which was a bit better but the manicure itself it not clean and does not look good. The polish it not all the way to the cuticle and streaks in some places. It's also not smooth and looks sloppy. I explained this to my manicurist and she said this happens because of my rough cuticles?! That is not acceptable as i have never had this issue in the past. It was clear she is not experienced in giving manicures. The session also lasted 1.5 hours when it should have been 40 mins so i was late for my next apt. I left with my nails not 100% dry and this is shellac! The whole purpose is to leave with dry nails! I am very disappointed as this wasn't cheap but an incredibly unprofessional job. I wouldn't go to this place if i were you.

Great service friendly staff. There was an unfortunate mix up with my appointment but the staff were amazing at sorting out the issue my wax was one of the best I've had id be sure to recommend this company to all my friends.

The therapist was so lovely, I think the most naturally chatty and friendly of anyone which really put me at ease. She did a great job and at the end asked me if she'd missed anywhere which i thought was considerate given most places decide themselves when they're done.

The man on the main hair salon reception was ok but didn't make me feel the most welcome but he was not attached to the beauty salon downstairs i don't think. The beauty therapist was polite, friendly and very good and efficient and was good value for money and a better job done than I expected when I saw that it was a beauty salon in what is basically a big cupboard. But it had all the necessary equipment and was clean and tidy so for the price was great and I would go back.

I had originally booked a back wax at this salon, however they didn't have the time slot aavailable so I received a call asking if I would be willing to go to their bond street branch
Which I thought was very nice of them. However once I got there the women gave me a strip wax when I had booked a hot wax. Other than that little disappointment, I would definitely go back to the salon.
