What a terrible service! They cancelled the service on my birthday 3hrs before the appointment due to beautician falling sick. I asked for a refund and I was told that it would be sorted out with the management - still didn't hear from them! I do not recommend that place .
I first used Immaqualte Beauty as their Clapham Junction salon is close to where I live and their prices were very reasonable. I've tried a few different salons and had a few different beauticians whilst living in London and Zefney is absolutely the best, hands down!
She's lovely, and immediately puts you at ease - so much so that the I forget about the waxing and just enjoy chatting to her! Everything is done to a very high standard and she's always happy to offer advice and go the extra mile if needed. It's quick, VERY reasonably priced (with lots of great offers for regular/first time customers) and I can't see myself ever using anywhere else. 10 out of 10 for Zefney - she makes visiting Immaqualte beauty, and getting a leg wax, an absolute delight (and that's saying something!)
I had an appointment booked at their Clapham Junction salon but was phoned to change the date of my appointment to the following weekend. On the morning of my appointment, I was then phoned to change the location to Victoria.
The girl was smiley, warm and friendly. We started with a pedicure which by this stage (a week later then I had initially planned), my feet desperately needed. The foot scrub was amazing. My feet felt softer straight away. She then moved onto the manicure (without the polish). This was a standard manicure but no complaints at this stage.
The facial and massage were amazing! I think it was the best massage that I have ever had. She checked about what pressure I would like and worked hard to get rid of the knots in my shoulders. AMAZING!
Before leaving she applied the polish to my nails. I waited for about 15 minutes for them to dry before leaving.
Unfortunately, the polish on my toes smudged on the way home (after 1+ hour of drying whilst being massaged and having a facial) as did my finger nails. I am not sure about the quality of the polish. Maybe in future it would be beneficial to put them in a nail dryer and to finish with a nail finishing spray, like I have had in other places, to ensure they are dry. I had to take the polish off when I got home before going out that night. A real shame!
I would definitely go back for a massage and facial though!
