I arrived with my mum on time, but the nail technician said that she was waiting for her colleague who would be arriving in half an hour, and if we waited for her to arrive that we would be able to have our nails done at the same time. We waited for half an hour while the nail technician treated another customer, then after about 45 minutes the nail technician started my nails, no sign of any other colleague, the same technician did us one after another. She was nice, but I was not happy with the way my nails turned out, the wear very rushed, had smudges, they didn't last very long, and the technician left cotton wool stuck to my nail!
Loved my gel nails!! Had them done 2 weeks ago and they still look like I've just stepped out of the salon. I asked my therapist to choose my colour, and i couldn't have chosen better myself.
I had a Gel Manicure 2 weeks ago and it still looks exactly as it did when i stepped out of the salon - even after a week of activity filled holiday in France. Loved my therapist, asked her to choose a colour for me and i couldn't have chosen better myself! Will defiantly go back.
I arrive slightly earlier than my appointment but the beauty therapist was running to time so I didn't have to wait too long and was seen when I was meant to be. The treatment was quick and painless and the therapist made me feel at ease. She also left the room once she had finished so that I could look over and check I was happy. Overall I was very pleased and would go again.
My massage was very therapeutic. I felt really relaxed afterwards. The therapist Andrea was very friendly and also did a very lovely manicure.
Both were great value and will visit again. I really recommend it.
